On Cloud 9
My experience with Venus et Fluer has been nothing short of amazing. I initially ordered an arrangement online for the for the first time for Valentines Day. I was a bit worried it wouldn’t come in on time due to the influx of orders they might be receiving but it arrived a day before which was amazing. But unfortunately, it arrived disfigured due to what I assume to be due to shipping. My recipient alerted me of this and I called customer service immediately. The person on the phone was extremely kind and informed me to email their customer service team. From beginning to end, they have been extremely helpful, patient and clear with direction. I was able to return the arrangement and in exchange for one that is not damaged. To this day, my recipient is still on cloud 9 about her bouquet. I’m definitely considering ordering one for myself, especially knowing that I would be on such great hands.
