This Valentine's Day, Venus et Fleur will be offering the following shipping methods for your convenience:

 

  • Get It In Time for Valentine's Day - delivered between 2/7 and 2/13
    • Order ahead and guarantee delivery by Valentine's Day.

  • Valentine's Day Delivery - Delivered on 2/14
    • Order by 2/10 at 6pm EST for guaranteed delivery by Valentine's Day.

  • Standard Shipping - 1 to 6 business days
    • Deadline to order for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery is 2/7 by 6pm EST.

  • Express Shipping - 1 to 3 business days
    • Deadline to order for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery is 2/9 by 6pm EST.

  • Overnight Shipping - 1 business day
    • Deadline to order for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery is 2/10 by 6pm EST.

  • Same Day/Next Day Hand Delivery
    • Only available for eligible local LA/NY/NJ zip codes
    • Order by 2pm EST

 

All orders are processed within the same day or 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email depending on the time of day and shipping method. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Due to the impacts of COVID-19 on global logistics, Venus et Fleur may be shipping orders to arrive earlier than the selected delivery date.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the calendar selection made on the cart page, your zip code, shipping method and products in your cart.

 

Same Day/Next Day Hand Delivery

We offer same-day/next-day delivery by our in-house courier service for an extra rush charge. Hand Delivery is available to all of NYC, parts of Long Island, Upstate NY, North Jersey, and Los Angeles. Please note that our courier service is used for same-day or next day deliveries only for eligible zip codes, or if specified in advance via special request.

 

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and costs vary depending on the country selected at checkout. The countries that we currently ship to are listed below. Check back frequently as we continuously update our serviced countries. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories.

All Eternity® Flower arrangements are eligible to ship outside the U.S. to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items 

 

Additional Information & Fraud Verification

 

Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. Since we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that has been flagged. Our team will notify the customer by email for any orders that are flagged in our system.

 

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delivery Insurance

All orders shipped both domestically or internationally come with package insurance.

Return Policy:

Unfortunately, our arrangements of Eternity® Flowers from Venus et Fleur® are not eligible for returns. Please also note, that your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed. Our hope, at Venus et Fleur®, is that you fall in love with your gorgeous arrangement. We offer an extensive selection of different styles and colors, allowing you to find the perfect arrangement for anyone on your list. If you have any questions about our return policy or our arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact Venus et Fleur® today! Return policy on candles and fragrances: we do accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the items have not been removed from their original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee & shipping is not to be refunded.
