We provide complimentary shipping (except on our Le Mini and Le Petite arrangements) within the continental 48 states along with any Military Address. There is a shipping charge for orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. Please note; we do not ship to PO Boxes.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS (whichever options are available). The countries that we currently ship to are listed below. Check back frequently as we continuously update our serviced country.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories.
Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification.
We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.
All orders shipped both domestically or internationally come with package insurance.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Shipping costs shown at the time of order placement is inclusive of all duties and taxes for the country specified. Any changes to the orders ship to address after the product has shipped may result in additional fees charged by the courier.
All international shipments that are going through customs clearance may have delays and it is up to the customs clearance procedures on how long the package may be held.
All Eternity Arrangements are eligible to ship outside the U.S. to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any delayed caused by customs processing.
