White Glove Hand Delivery

All orders within the NYC metro area ship via our own hand delivery courier service. This gives us greater control over local deliveries and which means better service for you. We can be in touch with our drivers and ensure that your package arrives on time and where its needed. No hassles dealing with a potentially missed delivery.

The area served by our Courier service include all of NYC, parts of Long Island, Upstate NY, and North Jersey. When you enter your address and select a date on our delivery date calendar you will see "via VEF Hand Delivery" show at the bottom of the calendar to indicate that you are within our courier zone.

Same Day Delivery

While all local deliveries for the next day and beyond ship for free via our Hand Delivery service, we offer same day delivery in the NYC metropolitan area for an extra rush charge. The charge for same day rush delivery depends on our current order volume and the time you place an order. If your address is in our hand delivery zone you will see a countdown clock letting you know how much time you have to place your order to get it today.

US Shipping

Large and Small Box Arrangement Shipping

Our Large and Small Box arrangements ship either via UPS or FedEx depending on your location. All order placed be before 1pm will ship that same day. ( Sometimes we accept orders after the cut-off, please review the delivery date calendar on each product and on the cart for more details ). We do not ship to PO boxes. Hawaii and Alaska does not qualify for free shipping.

Choose your Delivery Date

When ordering a Large or Small box arrangement, we allow you to choose the specific date you'd like your order to be delivered on. We will guarantee that your delivery will arrive on the exact day you choose. Please note that while it is rare, courier at times will deliver a package a day early if the shipment was sped up through their system. 

Look for our delivery date picker as the last step when you design your own box. Or look for the delivery date picker on a pre-arrangement product.

Free Ground Shipping

If your chosen delivery date can be accommodated with Standard Shipping, then your order will ship for free. This covers the majority of delivery dates. Look for the green "FREE" text when browsing the delivery date calendar for your order.

Free shipping is not offered for Hawaii and Alaska, instead the actual shipping cost will be reflected in the delivery date calendar. 

Free shipping is not offered on our Lé Mini or Lé Petite arrangements.

Express and Overnight Shipping

If your chosen delivery date cannot be accommodated with Standard Shipping, then you have the option of choosing an express shipping option for an additional charge. When reviewing the delivery date calendar you will a specific shipping price for the days covered by express shipping.

Lé Petite and Lé Mini Arrangement Shipping

Our Le Petite and Le Mini arrangements ship via courier for a $10 flat fee anywhere in the US. If you order 6 or more Lé Petite or Lé Mini arrangements, standard shipping is complementary.

We do not guarantee delivery dates for orders containing on Lé Petite and Lé Mini arrangements.

Your order will arrive as quickly as possible with the couriers (Up to 5 business days).

If your order contains a Lé Petite/Lé Mini and also a Large or Small arrangement, then you will not be charged for shipping for the Lé Petite/Lé Mini, instead the shipping rate and shipping methods for the larger arrangements will be used.

International Shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS (whichever options are available). The countries that we currently ship to are listed below. Check back frequently as we continuously update our serviced country. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification.

PACKAGE TRACKING

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.

DELIVERY INSURANCE

All orders shipped both domestically or internationally come with package insurance.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Shipping costs shown at the time of order placement is inclusive of all duties and taxes for the country specified. Any changes to the orders ship to address after the product has shipped may result in additional fees charged by the courier.  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

All international shipments that are going through customs clearance may have delays and it is up to the customs clearance procedures on how long the package may be held.   

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All Eternity Arrangements are eligible to ship outside the U.S. to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any delayed caused by customs processing.

Delivery Time Frame and Fees

All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are shipped via DHL Express or UPS (whichever options are available). Shipping times vary based on destination. You should see a carrier delivery estimate at checkout.
