Introducing: The Garden at Last Light
As summer fades, the garden reveals another side of itself.
Blackberries darken on the vine. Burgundy leaves catch the final traces of light. Shadows settle between the petals, revealing colors that appeared softer only moments before.
Inspired by the garden at dusk, Venus et Fleur presents a fall collection in its richest shades. Returning Blackberry and Burgundy Eternity® Roses meet the new Cerise Noir Eternity® Peony in arrangements layered with plum, violet and muted mauve. Set against sculptural vessels and polished black porcelain, each composition captures the romance of the season without relying on convention.
A fleeting moment of autumn beauty, preserved for a year. Explore Fall Blooms.
A study in blackberry, burgundy and shadow
Fall florals are usually asked to be one thing: orange. We have never found that to be the most beautiful version of the season. The garden at last light is not warm and bright. It is deep, cool and dimensional — wine-dark petals, ripened berries, violet shadow gathering between the leaves.
So the collection is built on three hues rather than a harvest palette.
Burgundy is the warmth of the season captured in its deepest red. Rich, wine-toned and velvety, it brings timeless depth to the hat box — the Large Round Black Classic in Burgundy is where most people begin — and quiet authority to porcelain, in the Amphora Black Porcelain in Burgundy.
Blackberry is the cooler expression — saturated berry, plum and violet, dark and dimensional and distinctly unexpected for fall. It is the shade our clients ask for by name, and it returns across roses and hydrangeas: the Large Round Black Classic in Blackberry, and in full volume as the Thalia Porcelain Vase with Blackberry Smoke Eternity® Hydrangeas.
Cerise Noir is new. A softly shadowed mauve touched by plum and violet, and the first dark hue we have ever offered in our most coveted floral.
Introducing Cerise Noir
Cerise Noir is a new Eternity® Peony in a softly shadowed shade of mauve. Its layered, sculptural petals reveal subtle notes of plum and violet, creating a romantic new expression of fall — mauve, transformed by shadow.
Peonies have been our most requested floral since the day we introduced them, and until now we have offered them only in pastels. Cerise Noir is the first time we have taken the peony into the dark end of the palette. It is grown exclusively for Venus et Fleur and hand-picked at peak bloom by the botanical experts at our partner farms in Japan, and quantities this season are extremely limited.
As a standalone peony arrangement it comes in two sizes: the Thalia Porcelain Vase in Cerise Noir, with 15 to 18 preserved peonies, and the Fleura Porcelain Vase in Cerise Noir, with 12 to 13.
Nocturne Rosé: the complete color story
Where the season comes together is the mixed composition. Cerise Noir peonies grounded in Blackberry Eternity® Hydrangeas, lifted by mauve-pink two-tone Eternity® Roses and our signature Blackberry Eternity® Roses, layered with green ivy and purple caspia for movement.
- Gia Marble Vase in Nocturne Rosé — black and white marble, nine pounds, a bronze plaque at the base. It sits with the permanence of an object rather than an arrangement.
- Large Round Black Classic in Nocturne Rosé — the season in our signature Parisian hat box with gold embossed detail.
- The Grand Venus in Nocturne Rosé — our tallest vessel, more than five hours to build, a debossed coat of arms at the base and no visible logo. Available exclusively with white glove delivery across New York City and the tri-state area.
The return of Black Porcelain
The season's vessel is Black Porcelain. Fully pigmented rather than painted, handcrafted in Chaozhou and finished with our gold monogram, it is the piece that made the deepest hues look intentional rather than seasonal.
It returns in three silhouettes, each available in Blackberry and Burgundy: the sculptural Amphora in Blackberry, the low, footed Tazza in Blackberry, and the compact Sylvie in Blackberry.
Midnight Bergamot
The season's fragrance, in a smoke-painted glass vessel with a gift box. Available as the Midnight Bergamot Candle and the smaller Midnight Bergamot Votive.
Preserved for a year
Everything in this collection is made from real flowers, grown for us and hand-picked at peak bloom, then preserved so they last a year without water, sunlight or care of any kind. That is the quiet argument behind a dark fall palette: the moment in the garden that this collection is built on lasts about twenty minutes. Ours lasts the season, and then some.

How long do Venus et Fleur arrangements last?
A year. Every Eternity® Bloom is a real flower preserved at peak beauty, so it needs no water, no sunlight and no maintenance. Keep it out of direct sun and away from humidity and it holds its color for a full year.
What colors are in the Fall 2026 collection?
Three: Burgundy, a rich wine-toned red; Blackberry, a saturated berry with plum and violet undertones; and Cerise Noir, a new mauve peony touched by shadow. They appear alone and layered together as Nocturne Rosé.
