Do preserved flowers need water or sunlight?
No. Our Eternity® Blooms need neither. Keep the arrangement out of direct sunlight and away from humidity and heat sources such as fireplaces, never water it, and dust the petals gently if needed. That is the full care routine for the year.
Are preserved flowers a good seasonal gift?
Yes, because the gift outlasts the season. Our real Eternity® Blooms are preserved to last a year, no maintenance required, and arrive ready to give in our signature hat boxes, porcelain and silver vessels, to stay on display long after the holidays.
Do you have luxury seasonal decorations?
Yes. Our luxury holiday décor is composed with real Eternity® winter botanicals, so it holds its color through the season and beyond: the Céleste Eternity® Wreath, the Deco d’Or Grand Wreath, Garland and Tabletop Tree, and the Moderne Eternity® Wreath, alongside Bois de Rose arrangements of Mixed Eternity® Blooms, the Annual Edition Ornament and Bois d’Hiver, our winter fragrance.
What makes our Holiday décor different?
Every piece is composed by hand with real Eternity® Roses and Eternity® winter botanicals, preserved to last a year, no maintenance required. This Holiday our décor draws on the Art Deco era, in silver, champagne and pearl, and is composed in limited quantities.
What are the holiday shipping cutoff dates?
Order by December 17 at 6 PM EST for standard shipping, December 19 at 6 PM EST for Get it in Time, December 20 at 6 PM EST for express and December 23 at 6 PM EST for overnight. White glove hand delivery runs until December 24 at 2 PM EST in eligible tri-state zip codes. You can also choose an exact delivery date on our calendar at checkout.
Where do you deliver?
Across the United States and to select international destinations, with duties and taxes included at checkout. In New York City, parts of Long Island, Upstate New York and North Jersey, our own couriers offer same-day and next-day white glove hand delivery, Sundays included.
