Arrived Damaged
This order arrived damaged, and they said they would ship me a replacement. I asked for a refund because of the way it was packaged, I didn't think shipping could be done in a way where the order wouldn't arrive damaged as the vase is very heavy. They assured me that the order would arrive in perfect condition or then submit a refund. I returned the original item to them and have not received a replacement which they said would be sent out immediately. I don't have a replacement, nor did I get a refund as of yet. Their customer service isn't easy to deal with. Would not recommend.
