Updating review to 3 stars, because the company sent a replacement. The reason I did not give four stars is due to the following. It took three attempt to get a hold of customer service. I needed to follow up constantly. They made me work with UPS claims. The replacement, while more expensive, was not a one for one replacement of what I ordered. Ultimately, the holiday was missed diminishing the intent of the original order.
The product arrived damaged. Not slight petal loss. Chunks of rose were missing on all sides. Additionally, price for a bouquet the approximate size of a mandarin orange is laughable. I fault myself for falling for the marketing. Other competitors have delivered impeccable products.
Even without the damage the product is not worth the money. Not worthy of a gift for my wife.
