What file sizes are accepted for the photo upload?
We accept file sizes between 200KB and 7MB to ensure the highest quality for your fleur frame and the best experience.

Which file types are supported for the photo upload?
At this time, we only support JPEG/JPG file types to maintain image quality.

What is the ideal resolution for the photo upload?
For optimal results, we recommend a minimum of 1024 x 768 pixels. This will ensure your image looks sharp and vibrant within the frame.

Can I edit my photo?
Yes, after uploading your photo, you will have the option to make adjustments such as cropping, rotating, or fine tuning to create the perfect image for your luxurious fleur frame.

What are the dimensions of the picture frame?
The exquisite Fleur Frame, adorned with 14 stunning eternity roses, measures 4.64" x 5.64" in size. It gracefully accommodates a 2" x 3" photo within its elegant display area.

DO:

Keep the frame in a room-temperature environment.
If dust collects after a few months, remove it lightly using a duster.
Be mindful when carrying the frame; it's a very delicate product.

DON'T:

Do not water the flowers.
Do not expose the flowers to direct sunlight.
Do not place objects into the flowers, as they can be crushed and damaged.
Do not remove the flowers from the frame; they are secure and happy there.
When cared for properly, your luxury eternity arrangement lasts a year or longer with minimal effort.
