At first I was slightly apprehensive, from a few review of complaints. As well, unlike a futniture site or Amazon that show dimensions in a room. Thankfully it met exoectation. The grande letter arrangement delivered the gravitas and impression I sought as a birthday and thank you gesture to my girlfriend. Customer service assistance was good.
