Keep the arrangement in a room temperature environment.
If dust collects after a few months remove it lightly using a duster.
Keep the lid on the side of the bottom of the box.
Be mindful when carrying the arrangement; it's a very delicate product.

Do not water the florals.
Do not expose the florals to direct sunlight.
Do not place anything into the florals as they can crush and damage the florals.
Do not remove the florals from the box or vase, they are secure and happy there.
Do not allow florals to have direct contact with light-colored fabric or surfaces, as staining may occur.

Home run gift every time

I made my third Venus et Fleur purchases (this time for my wife and mother) this May and both were received very well. They are unique and attention grabbers. My first purchase, from 4 years ago, is still standing strong (large red box)--and now that we have new large white round in the rooms, the fragrance is back and the benefit of having REAL flowers for a prolonged period (as opposed to the $200 of flowers that die in 5 days) is a real plus. I really enjoy your products and love the joy they give. I will remain a long-term supporter and client. Cheers, -NOD-
