Give Back
When most people think about Mother’s Day, they think about ways in which they can spoil their own mothers and give them gifts. This year, instead of spending money on gifts that may end up sitting on a shelf, why not choose to give the gift of your time? If your mother is someone who enjoys helping others, then make the decision to spend Mother’s Day giving back to your community or to your planet. Plant some trees in your yard, or sign up to volunteer at a nursing home or help feed the homeless. When you give back to your community and spend time helping others, it makes you feel good, and it can be a day that your mother will remember fondly.
Do Something She Loves
There may be a few things that your mother likes to do in her free time that don’t quite pique your interest. Do Something She’s Always Wanted to Do
