Excellent customer service, we had an issue with the product, reached out to them and a replacement was sent straight out. This is the third purchase from them snd my fiancee loves them.

Outstanding! 3-Years Running
This delightful gem was larger than I had realized (I'm sure I missed the description details - so that's on me!), however, my precious "Best Half" was surprised and so happy to receive another rose gift from Venus ET Fleur. The peach color, her favorite, was perfect and the shipping box, well, I highly recommend paying the additional $15, it is well worth it!
