    It’s so perfect!

    Delivery was really fast and the packaging is beautiful! The rose itself smells amazing and I love that it comes in a pretty box with a bow already on it. I can’t wait to give it to my bf for Valentine’s Day! Thank you Venus ET FLEUR!

    Best Customer Service Team!

    My original order came in damaged which hasn’t happened in the past when ordering ever. I emailed the Customer Service Team since it was for a gift and they had my order reshipped the next day! They were so great to work with and responded to my email within minutes.

    Excellent product & excellent customer service

    This was a gift for a dear friend to celebrate her father's recent passing & first Father's Day without him. The CS representative helped expedite delivery in time for Sunday.
